Spring and Summer feesFees for the spring and summer terms are being finalized. They will be posted to accounts after Feb. 29, 2012. If you register for a spring and/or summer course before then, you will not see any fees being assessed. Please see the following link for more information: ucalgary.ca/registrar/tuitioncost. As a reminder, the fee payment deadline for spring courses is Friday, May 18, 2012 and the deadline for summer courses is Friday, July 13, 2012. Update for students paying tuition with a loanIf you are paying your tuition with a Canadian Student Loan that has certified by the university prior to the fee deadline (Friday, Jan. 27), you will have a 30 day deferral applied to your account to allow for processing time. Your loan is certified if your loan certificate has been electronically or manually certified and dated by the University of Calgary and has been submitted to a post office (or Edulinx or NSLSC directly). Section 3 of your Canada Student Loan and/or Part 2 of your Alberta Student loan will have all fields completed. Deferred Final ExamsThe Winter 2012 deferred final exams timetable is now posted. The easiest way to order transcripts is through your online Student Centre. Select “Transcript: Request Official” from the “other academic...” drop-down menu within your Student Centre.
